The HBT428-5 Solar Charge Controller’s efficient design is suitable for solar panels and solar arrays alike.
It’s designed to withstand reversed battery and/or solar panel connections, and will operate with rechargeable battery types such as lead acid, SLA, or wet gel.
TXAM’s Solar Charge Controller is also equipped with a low, normal, or high rate of charge, on-board temperature float voltage switch for optimal charging at different temperatures, and also includes bi-color red/green LED lights for charge and float state indication.
